Looking to increase your flexibility, gain more muscle strength or even develop better balance? Perhaps you are looking to up your fitness level or you are recovering from an illness or injury. Intentions Studio can help you achieve your greater health and wellness goals through private one-on-one lessons, private group lessons, community classes, and online video learning, All lessons are catered specifically towards progress & goal achievement.
It doesn't matter if you are brand new to fitness or seeking to deepen your existing practice; Intentions Studio works with all body types and levels of experience to create a fitness plan designed for your personal wellness goals.

Choose from online private lessons (hosted through Zoom,) In-Home lessons (the instructor travels to you,) or Studio lessons (come to my private studio.)
All appointments are easy to book and manage on your own, simply select Online, In-Home or Studio appointment type, find the day and time that works best for you, and book it.
Private lessons range from $60-$85 per lesson; depending on number of lessons per month.
Create your own group yoga class and share the cost! Gather your friends, colleagues, & family (online or in-person) and create your own Group Yoga Class.
This is YOUR private group; students will not be allowed to join the class without an invitation from a member of the group.
If interested, simply click the button below and email the studio with number of people and one or two best days/times to host the class. Once received, your instructor will reach out to finalize details.
